Beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy then stir in the next 4 ingredients – blue cheese dressing, buffalo wing sauce, shredded cheddar, cooked chicken – and spread into prepared pan. Top with blue cheese crumbles and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with corn chips, carrots, or toast points!
