Personal development with transformative coaching methods

Personal development with transformative coaching impact… A coach won’t just help you incorporate self-help tips into your life but hold you accountable for the action plan you’ve collaborated on with the goal of keeping you on a path to change. Transformation often inspires doubt, but with your motivational coach by your side cheering you on, you can overcome those speed bumps and keep your growth momentum going.

Supporting you in moving beyond your present paradigm, liberating you from limited thinking, and expanding possibility beyond your imagination is what good coaching is about. One famous high tech company proposes that we “think different!” Good coaches facilitate this “thinking differently” out of and beyond the box. Transformational coaching is far more powerful than problem solving, which addresses the symptom but not the root cause of the symptom. It is our relationship to our desires that creates suffering. Millions of individuals suffer from having desires, having them fulfilled and from having them unfulfilled. The fulfillment of desires is not a bad thing. If it was, then the fulfillment for the desire for peace, the desire for enlightenment and the desire to end desires would also be seen as something other than good.

Transformational coaching now, and in the future, is being shaped by what’s gone before. Coaching, per se, still has a relatively young history. However, already we’re waving goodbye to some of the more dinosaur methods of old. Instead, coaching is becoming an increasingly professional endeavour, as it really should. We’re not there yet. There are still lessons to be learned, and changes to be made to transformational coaching itself. The shift is happening, however, and transformational coaching will in time come to simply be ‘coaching’ itself, with all other types falling under its umbrella. Interactivity strategies utilize interactive training software to allow employees to explore their learning environment-in their own way and at their own pace. In this environment employees will also be shown directly how to do things, a learning tactic that brings far better results than telling employees what to do. The most successful training companies use graphical environments that are similar to the daily life situations-office, factory, etc.-of the employee learners. They also integrate visual components that make the content more eye-catching and encourage exploration of the training module by embedding hyperlinks to other pages that learners might find interesting. The net result of this enhanced environment is a better overall learning experience.

Finally, a blended approach can save you valuable time from collecting training feedback in a physical environment. Blended learning for corporate training allows you to gather valuable data about your employees’ performance improvement via online quizzes and tests, whereas your Learning Management System can itself generate feedback in the form of automatic reports. Moreover, a blended learning approach can help you measure the effectiveness of your overall training program, as feedback from employees cannot only be used as an indication of their performance levels, but also as a training strategy evaluation tool. Finally, employees benefit as well, since they are able to review their progress, weaknesses, and strengths.
